GSA OASIS+ is a comprehensive suite of governmentwide, multi-award contracts designed to support federal agencies procurement needs for services-based solutions. OASIS+ consolidates the scope of legacy OASIS, Building Maintenance & Operations (BMO), and Human Capital & Training Solutions (HCaTS), while also introducing new service areas. This program provides a flexible and efficient way for federal agencies to acquire innovative solutions from highly qualified businesses, ensuring a streamlined procurement process.
 
OASIS+ consists of six Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, each tailored to different business sizes and types, including small businesses, women- owned small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, and HUBZone small businesses. The contracts have a five-year base period with an option for a five-year extension, allowing for long-term planning and stability. By leveraging OASIS+, federal agencies can meet their diverse and complex service requirements while promoting fair competition and transparency in the procurement process. As new Domains are added, Teracore looks forward to expanding our footprint and offerings to federal OASIS+ customers.
